Handling other people's data
- If your account can see another user's information — as a faculty advisor, an institutional account, a mentor, or an organization — you may use it only for the purpose the user consented to, and you may not redisclose it to anyone else without that user's consent or a lawful basis.
- You may not export, screenshot, copy, or retain another user's academic records outside the Platform except as your institution's own policies permit.
- You may not use anything you learn about a student on this Platform to disadvantage them, or share it with an admissions committee, without their knowledge and consent.
AI usage
- You may use the AI features to draft, edit, and revise your own application materials. Final responsibility for accuracy, originality, and adherence to your application service's rules (AADSAS, AMCAS, etc.) is yours.
- You may not use the AI to generate fabricated experiences, false credentials, or content that misrepresents who you are.
- You may not feed third-party copyrighted material into AI features in violation of the rights holder's terms.
