Last updated: July 2026 · Version 2026-07

By using White Coat World you agree not to use the service for any of the following:

Prohibited content

  • Harassment, doxxing, threats, or stalking of any user.
  • Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting people based on race, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Sexual content, including sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — we report to NCMEC).
  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or substance abuse.
  • Content that incites violence or terrorism.

Prohibited conduct

  • Impersonating another person, school, organization, or healthcare professional.
  • Posting fake or unverifiable opportunities, scholarships, or programs.
  • Asking for or sharing test scores, transcripts, or application essays for sale or trade.
  • Academic dishonesty: ghost-writing application essays, falsifying experiences, fabricating recommendation letters, or any other admissions fraud.
  • Scraping, mass-downloading, or extracting data via automated tools without our written permission.
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits, authentication, content moderation, or any other security control.
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code from compiled assets, models, or AI prompts.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing any part of the service without our written permission.

Handling other people's data

  • If your account can see another user's information — as a faculty advisor, an institutional account, a mentor, or an organization — you may use it only for the purpose the user consented to, and you may not redisclose it to anyone else without that user's consent or a lawful basis.
  • You may not export, screenshot, copy, or retain another user's academic records outside the Platform except as your institution's own policies permit.
  • You may not use anything you learn about a student on this Platform to disadvantage them, or share it with an admissions committee, without their knowledge and consent.

AI usage

  • You may use the AI features to draft, edit, and revise your own application materials. Final responsibility for accuracy, originality, and adherence to your application service's rules (AADSAS, AMCAS, etc.) is yours.
  • You may not use the AI to generate fabricated experiences, false credentials, or content that misrepresents who you are.
  • You may not feed third-party copyrighted material into AI features in violation of the rights holder's terms.
