Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Not for users under 13

White Coat World is intended for users 16 and older. We require new accounts to confirm they are 16 or older during onboarding (Personal Info step) and at sign-up.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete the account and all associated data.

Users 13–15

Users in this age range are below our minimum age. While some pre-health interest content (blog, public school directory) may be accessed without an account, account creation is restricted to users 16 and older.

Parental rights

Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has created an account against this policy should reach us through our contact form (choose “Legal notice”), with proof of relationship — that raises an alert immediately, and we will delete the account within 7 days of a verified request. We also publish privacy@whitecoatworld.org, but inbound delivery to that address is still being provisioned, so please use the form if you need certainty your request arrived.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, precise location data without explicit consent, or any data we believe to be from a user under 13.
