White Coat World respects the intellectual property rights of others. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a takedown notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, email dmca@whitecoatworld.com with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL of the allegedly infringing content on White Coat World.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice to dmca@whitecoatworld.com including:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances.
